BerlinFrom 1940 to 1945 in Berlin Germany 20,000 to 50,000 people were killed due to bombing. The total amount of air raids was 363 within only 5 years. The main area to bomb was the houses and civilian centers. Many of the people were dead or left homeless which was the goal of the allies during this new tactic called “area bombing”.
