CanadaCanada entered the Allied Powers September 3, 1939 by William Lyon Mackenzie King. Canada was also brought to war by the Japanize invading Poland. King was the leader of Canada from the 1920s until the 1940s he was very into Politics which is what brought him into power. Accomplishments that King had brought to Canada’s victory was in the Battle of Atlantic and taking a major role in the help of donating troops to fight Europe.

Britain Britain entered the Allied Powers on September 3, 1939 right after Poland was invaded. During this time the leader of Britain was Winston Churchill who led Britain into victory. Churchill was a Journalist for a very long time before he found his passion in becoming the Prime Minister of Britain. Some of Britain’s greatest accomplishments during WWII and after was he created Post-war peace and domestic reforms after the Second World War.

FranceFrance entered the Allied Leaders on September 3, 1939. The leader of France during this time was Charles de Gaulle. Charles studied at the Military Academy of Saint-Cry and became president in 1959 until 1969. At first Charles was a soldier from World War one then became a military leader and that’s what got him to Presidency. One major accomplishment that France had during WWII was the end of the battle if the Atlantic. Another good thing that France had accomplished was rising as a nation after WWII.

Soviet Union joined the Allied powers in September 1939. Joseph Stalin led the Soviet Union into victory by the end of 1945. Stalin was the leader of the Soviet Union from 1929 until 1953. Stalin died in 1953 during his leadership due to major heath problems. One major accomplishment of the Soviet Union during WWII was the take down the Nazis to the strongest power in the Allied Leaders. One battel that helped the Soviet Union get its footing in the war was the Battle of Stalingrad.

On December 8, 1941 the United States became involved in the war and was a part of the Allied Leaders. The US became involved during WWII because of Pearl Harbor when the Japanize attack Pearl Harbor to try and get the US out of the Pacific. The United States was led to war by Franklin Delano Roosevelt. FDR became the leader on March 4th of 1933 until April 12, 1945. One accomplishment that the Us had against the Axis Powers was that they one most of Europe during WWII.
